Financial Affairs

Our administrative, billing and insurance offices are conveniently found within the Center. The Centers financial specialists are here to assist you with any billing inquires or issues that you might have. We provide individualized attention to all of your financial concerns.

If the Center does not participate with your insurance plan, and your policy provides out of network benefits, we can bill your insurance plan as a non-participating provider. You will, however be responsible for any deductible, and or co-insurance charges that may apply. Additionally, if your insurance policy requires pre-certification, our Billing Department will initiate authorization for your procedure.

Patients that are scheduled for cosmetic procedures, or that do not have insurance coverage, are responsible for fees that are based on the length of their surgery. Our facility requires payment in full prior to surgery.
